Liquid Termite Treatments
This liquid termite solution is safe for indoor and outdoor use and can be used within building foundations to provide a protective barrier around your home. In addition to instant protection, this treatment guards against future infestations. In order to deliver the exact amount necessary, we use application flow meters after each treatment that help record the amount of termiticide used in the area and the cumulative suggested total used.
Dry Foam
It is used to treat holes in the interior and exterior walls, under slabs, around heating ducts and water pipes, and for certain other surfaces, dry foam) expands to reach the grave areas, which provides extra protection against termite infestations. The low moisture content of Dry Foam stops it from soaking through drywall and creating damaging wet spots.
Baits and Monitoring
This treatment disrupts termite’s growing processes by stunting their growth, and is applied to areas at most risk of inviting the pests like old tree stumps, moist soil or mulch, irrigation sprinkler heads, etc. Our baits provide continuous protection without causing damage to your land or property. After the service is completed, your Dev Pest Expert will fill out a Termite Control Service Ticket that describes exactly what was done and when he’ll be back to check the progress of the treatments done.
